My girlfriend was suspended from Twitter for inciting hatred. I sent a message to Twitter’s support team defending my love; I told them that it was simply ridiculous to accuse such a sweet and gentle girl of saying nasty things. They sent back so many screenshots of her tweets that I had to ask them to stop. I can only assume they were forged. A couple of weeks later she was arrested for writing offensive slurs all over a school building. I looked on helplessly as my angel struggled to avoid the handcuffs the police officer was trying to force on her delicate lily-white wrists. My eyes fill with tears when I think about her beautiful terrified face, her long blonde hair blowing in the wind; and her arm outstretched, waving me goodbye.
